Please be advised that the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the La Salle College Parent Teacher Association (LSCPTA) will be held on the 2nd of October 2015 (Friday).  Attached please find the agenda.  In the AGM, the Financial Report and Annual Report of the Year 2014-2015 will be presented. 

 

We would also like to take this opportunity to invite you to stand for the Standing Committee Election.   May we encourage all parents and teachers to do your best to attend the AGM in order to show your support, and to vote for those parents that can best serve our LSCPTA. 

 

The College will be implementing eLearning to enhance students’ learning and efficiency of teaching.  To allow parents to attain an understanding about pedagogy regarding eLearning as well as relevant precautions and necessary support that you should provide, a series of short presentations on eLearning and guidelines families may wish to implement in the home will be conducted during the vote counting at the AGM.

 

Please fill in the Reply Slip via eClass by the 14th September 2015 (Monday).  Members who wish to stand for election at the AGM should also complete the relevant sections on the reply slip before the deadline and attend the AGM in person.  

 

The school office will contact those parents standing for election on or before the 16th September 2015 (Wednesday) for confirmation.  If you have not been contacted, please approach the Returning Officer Miss Cecilia TANG at 2338-7171 on the 17th September 2015 (Thursday).  Personal particulars and a brief introduction of candidates will be posted up on the LSCPTA web site starting from the 18th September 2015 (Friday) for parents’ reference.

 

All PTA members are requested to attend the AGM to show support for the PTA.  Thank you for your kind attention and generous support!

 

 

 

 

喇沙書院家長教師會第二十二屆週年大會將於二零一五年十月二日(星期五)舉行。議程詳見另頁。現誠邀各位家長及老師們撥冗出席，以支持本會的工作。在週年大會中，執行委員會主席及成員，將對二零一四至二零一五年度的財政及活動作出報告。

 

本校在不久將來即將推行「電子學習」(eLearning)，為加強各位家長對「電子學習」的認識，並協助貴 子弟準備及適應，本校將會在週年大會當晚，向予會的家長作詳細的介紹及講解。

 

此外，本會誠邀各位家長參選成為家長教師會執行委員會的一份子，為家長教師會出一分力，共襄會務。有意參選者，務請在二零一五年九月十四日(星期一) 或之前，填妥在電子教室 (eClass) 平台上的回條中相關部份，並出席當晚之會員大會。校方將會在九月十六日(星期三)或之前聯絡報名參選的家長，以作確認；若參選家長於當日仍未收到校方通知，請於九月十七日(星期四) 致電 2338-7171 與選舉主任鄧仲翩副校長聯絡。參選者的個人資料及簡介，將於二零一五年九月十八日(星期五)起，上載於喇沙書院家長教師會網頁，以供家長參考。
